平博 is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) which allows us to provide distance learning programs (both online and in the form of supervised field experiences) and coursework to residents of 状态s 除了华盛顿. NC-SARA membership, however, does not grant reciprocity or exempt us from 状态 professional licensing requirements. As a result, licensing requirements in Washington may not be recognized as sufficient to obtain a license in any other 状态.

Student Complaint Process for All Students:

的 purpose of the 平博 学生投诉流程 is to establish a process whereby a student may express dissatisfaction with the performance or action of a faculty or staff member that the student believes to be a violation of student rights under WAC 132 s - 90 - 010 and/or is inconsistent with College policy.

Students Located Out-of-State and Engaging in Online 学习ing:

If the student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, the complaint (except for complaints about grades or student conduct violations) may be appealed, within two years of the incident about which the complaint is made, to Washington 州政府的SARA入口实体 Washington Student Achievement Council.

的 overall 毕业率 is also known as the "Student Right to Know" or IPEDS 毕业率. It tracks the progress of students who began their studies as full-time, first-time degree or certificate-seeking students to see if they complete a degree or other award such as a certificate within 150% of "normal time" for completing the 他们参加的项目.

In compliance with the Student Right-to-Know Act, 平博 provides information about graduation, completion, transfer out and retention rates, as well as placement rates and employment information to the National Center for 教育 统计数据. State and federal laws and College policy dictates the criteria for this information, which can be found through the NCES College Navigator.
